Caramel Pudding

it was fun to play with all the ingredients in the kitchen. this is my first personalized caramel pudding recipe;

(for 4-5 servings)
6 eggs
1 tin of milk
3/4 cup of sugar
A cup of water
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
a little bit of fine sugar for caramelize

heat 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of water. place pan on low heat and stir until the sugar syrup turns golden brown colour. remove pan from heat. pour this hot caramel into the bowl or container that you want and make sure caramel is evenly spread at the bottom.

beat 6 eggs with an electric mixer.then add 1 cup of sugar and a little bit of vanilla extract. gradually add milk and stirring continuously.next,add a cup of plain water into the mixture.pour this mixture into caramel coated bowl/ container.

pour some water into cooker/steamer. put grid in cooker/steamer. place the bowl/container on the grid and close with the lid.cook for 20-30 min.remove the bowl/container from heat. allow it to cool naturally.next,put the room temperature pudding into the refrigerator. serve it with peach slices.yummy!
