I talked about "Believe in Qada' and Qadar" which is one of our pillars of faith.
I talked and explain a little bit about the topic and at the end of my talk,I shared 1 of my favorite verse in Al-Quran which I always keep in my mind when I was in trouble.
"Allah burdens not a person beyond his scope"Suratul Baqarah, verse 286
After finishing the talk, all the sisters went up the building to our class.Along the way to class, there were 2 sisters who were so nice to me (which I would like to keep their name as secret) and comfort me with their words and asked me to be strong with the news about my dad. I almost burst into tears when they motivated me with their soft and lovely yet beneficial words.
Those words strike my heart. How I wish to be like them! They are nice and never criticize others with harsh words even they know I am not like them; who completely take good care of their aurah in terms of the outfit and also their voice and how they approach and communicate with people which are so contradict with me.
I am glad to have such caring and loving classmates like them. One of them even sms me and gave another supportive words in order for me to keep focus in Mid Term exam and be patience with the test from Allah as well.
I think, this is the right way in cultivating ukhwah between Muslim people. You should not give such harsh words when criticize somebody because of his/her mistakes and even you know your friends are not that good as you. Who are you to judge people??
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ اصْبِرُواْ وَصَابِرُواْ وَرَابِطُواْ وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ
(Al-Imran 3:200) O ye who believe! Persevere in patience and constancy; vie in such perseverance; strengthen each other; and fear Allah. that ye may prosper.
p/s: Do not ever show your weaknesses in front of others especially your enemy, but show them that you are strong and brave enough to face the challenges in this world because you have HIM to help us,his own creations.
