500g of macaroni
Minced beef / chicken
Spices (1 table spoon of curry powder)
#Cook the pasta according to the directions by boiling it, and make sure it is under cooked by about 5 minutes. This will allow the pasta to finish cooking in the sauce, absorbing the flavors. Drain, rinse and set aside.
#Heat some olive oil (or other veggies oil) together over medium-high heat in a sauce pan.
#Add garlic,onion and minced beef/chicken. Stir and cook for a few minutes until the minced beef/chicken turns brown.
#Add 1/4 cup of water to make it simmer.
#Then add dice potato and carrot.Add some spices powder and season with salt and pepper.Finally turn off the fire.
#Add 4-5 eggs (instead of cheese to stick the macaroni together) in mix bowl. Stir it.
# Take the cooked macaroni and put it in mix bowl.
#Add the cooked filing in the mix bowl too.
#Mix all the ingredients together.
#Put some parsley and mix again
#Pour all the mixture into a baking dish/pan and spread it evenly.
#Baked the macaroni in a preheated 400F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the top is lightly browned.
